How to verify
Depending on the request, we may ask you to:
- Confirm via email (reply from the email on the account or click a verification link), or
- Provide a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email/phone, or
- Verify in-app by completing a step after signing in
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for your password, full card number, or 2FA backup codes.
